I have already received my financial product, why do you still need to verify with the partner?

Application processing is done by the financial partners, while fulfillment is done by MoneySmart. 

 

This means that your eligibility is based on the status report provided by the partners, and we’ll only proceed with the fulfillment once the customer is validated as eligible.

 

MoneySmart adheres with personal data protection guidelines, hence we coordinate with our partners to confirm your eligibility.

 

The reason for the 4 to 5 months of waiting time is because our partners need ample time to validate, consolidate, and finalize the list of eligible customers for the campaign.
