Each MoneySmart campaign has a unique claim form, which you need to fill out and submit within the specified submission period.
In order to submit a claim, you will need to register an account with MoneySmart. Once you have completed your Financial profile in your MoneySmart account, choose the claim form for the campaign that you have applied for and enter your information. Please note that you are required to submit the claim form as per your “application date”.
