Do I get my reward if I apply directly on the partner's website?

Customers who applied for the financial product directly on the financial partner's website will not be eligible for the exclusive MoneySmart reward.

 

It’s important for participating customers to apply through MoneySmart’s website to qualify.

 

Here’s how to do it. On the MoneySmart website, simply click “Apply Now” or “Buy Now” once you have chosen a suitable product. You will then be redirected to a MoneySmart-tagged application page on the partner’s website. You must make sure that the entire application process is completed within the same session. 

 

Once you’ve accurately completed and submitted the claim form on the MoneySmart website, we’ll need at least 4 to 5 months to process your reward. This varies for every campaign.
