How do I convert my SmartPoints into cash?

You can convert your SmartPoints into cash by submitting a points to cash conversion request on the SmartPoints wallet page.

Your requested amount will be transferred to you via FPS within 10–15 working days of request submission.

Please ensure that the correct FPS details are provided to prevent any delays in receiving your cash. However, to get more value out of your SmartPoints, use them to redeem gifts in the Rewards Store for a bigger discount than converting them to cash.
