Available points are the SmartPoints in your SmartRewards wallet that are ready to use for redemption.
You can use your available SmartPoints to redeem eligible rewards in the Rewards Store, as long as you have enough SmartPoints for the reward you selected.
If SmartPoints are still pending, they will not be included in your available balance until they have been credited to your wallet.
