How do I update details on my claim form?

You can update your claim form details by logging in to your MoneySmart account and going to the Claim History section.

Find the relevant claim form and select the option to edit or update your submission. Please make sure the information you provide is accurate and matches your application details.

If you need to update your information, please do so as soon as possible. Once your claim has been reviewed or processed, some details may no longer be editable.
