When will I receive my reward?

If you are eligible for a MoneySmart reward, we will send a confirmation email to the email address you provided in your claim form.

The confirmation email is usually sent 4 to 5 months after the promotion period ends. The email will include further details about your reward.

After your eligibility and all reward processing requirements have been confirmed, you can generally expect to receive your reward within 4 to 6 months from the campaign end date.
